How do I send my designs/logo?
Once you have placed your order, send your designs to hello@thecraftstudio.co.uk
How long until I receive my order?
For 'ready to ship items' such as beads, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days.
For custom/printed items, this may take up to 7-10 business days.
What is your return policy?
Anything custom printed is not eligible for return.
For anything non-custom, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
